Use case · Firms & consultancies
A firm website with a job: take the inquiry, book the consult.
Your site is where a new client decides to reach out, so the inquiry form is part of it, not an add-on. Each inquiry gets a name and a due date. The reply is drafted for you. You approve it.
What would it cost to hire an intake coordinator, and which inbox, calendar and CRM tools would they work in?
A plan builds the intake into your site: the form takes the inquiry, the reply is drafted for your approval, and with your calendar linked the consult gets booked. Linking your calendar or CRM is part of the Business Partnership plan.
What the site is for
Your site takes the inquiry and books the consult.
Your site tells the firm’s story, shows who does the work, and takes the inquiry on a form that is part of the site. With your calendar linked, it books the consult from the same page. Every page earns its place by helping a client decide to reach out.
Left Side Partners is a firm website we built: a distinctive brand, an editorial site and a clear inquiry form.
One inquiry, start to finish
Watch an inquiry come in through your site and get a reply.
Illustrative four-step sequence with an example inquiry. A web form arrives asking for help with a lease review and has no owner. It is assigned to Dana with a reply due Thursday. An AI Employee drafts a reply offering Thursday at 10am. Dana approves it, and it is sent only after that. The task is ticked done. This is not a client result.
How it works
Three steps from the form to the reply.
01
The form on your site takes the inquiry
A visitor fills in the form on your site, or emails you. Either way it lands on one list.
02
A person is named, with a due date
Every inquiry gets an owner and a reply-by date, so none sit in a shared inbox.
03
A reply is drafted for your approval
An AI Employee is an AI agent: software we set up to do one job in your business, inside limits we set with you. This one drafts the reply. You approve it before it goes out. Every inquiry and every reply lands in your business brain, what a big company gets by hiring people and buying software: everything the business knows, in one place you can ask. Ask which matters are waiting on you.
You stay in charge
Every inquiry gets an answer, not a pile.
The site takes the inquiry. A person decides what goes back.
- Runs on its own
- Logging the inquiry from the form, naming an owner and reminding them when it is due.
- Needs your yes
- Any reply, and anything about fees or terms. Nothing goes out under your name until a person approves it.
Works with what you use
Your site, your calendar and your CRM, working as one.
The form on your site and your email connect today. Link your calendar and the consult gets booked from the same page. Link your CRM and the inquiry lands there with its owner and due date.
Linking your calendar, CRM or accounting tool is part of the Business Partnership plan. Qualifying custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13. Same plan, same price in year two.
Firm and consultancy questions, answered
Yes. The form is built into your site, not bolted on. What a visitor types lands on one list with a name and a due date, so nothing is lost in a shared inbox.
No. If your CRM, calendar or accounting tool has a way in, we can connect it: HubSpot, Google or Outlook calendars, QuickBooks, Xero. Some tools take longer and need a workaround; we confirm the scope in writing first.
You do, or the person you choose. Nothing goes out under your name until a person approves it. If we are not sure two inquiries are the same person, we ask you.
The custom work we build for you, such as your inquiry follow-up and your firm website, as set out in your agreement. Your inquiries and client contacts stay under your control. Connected Spaces keeps its own platform and AI technology. The agreement sets account control, data export and exactly what transfers, and when.
* Some tools take longer and need a workaround. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan. Names belong to their owners. Read the full note.
