Use case · Shops & online stores

A shop website with a job: take the order, and be right about stock.

Your site is where a customer decides to buy. The product pages and the store link are part of it, not an add-on. When the online count and the shelf count disagree, the fix is drafted for you. You approve it before the site changes.

What would it cost to have someone keep your website, your till and your store agreeing by hand, and which tools would keep them in step instead?

A plan builds the shop into your site. The product pages show what you sell, and the order goes to your store. A stock check keeps the in-stock label honest. When the counts disagree, the fix is drafted for your approval. Linking your till or store is part of the Business Partnership plan.

What the site is for

Your site takes the order and is right about stock.

How a site gets chosen →

Your site shows every product, takes the order, or sends the buyer to the store you already run. The in-stock label is the promise a shop site makes most often. Yours says in stock only when the shelf agrees. A stock check we build behind the site keeps it honest. Every page earns its place by helping a customer decide to buy.

The site is part of the Foundation plan. The stock check and the store link are custom work we build for your shop.

A worked example

Your online store says 40. Your staff count says 31.

Your site is about to tell a customer there are 40. The gap gets spotted and the fix is drafted for you. The store manager approves it. The number on your site changes only after that. Both counts land in your business brain, what a big company gets by hiring people and buying software: everything the business knows, in one place you can ask. Ask why they differ and get the answer before a customer finds out.

Illustrative example of custom work we build, with example data. A stock table lists four items. The online store says 40 oak candles on shelf C2 and a newer staff count says 31, so the row is pulled out for a decision. The online store number is from Monday, the staff count from Wednesday, and the supplier has sent no new delivery. The suggested fix is to set the store to 31 with no reorder. A store manager approves it. The row returns to the table showing 31, fixed and approved. A person approves every change; a count never places an order.

How it works

Three steps from the shelf to the site.

  1. 01

    We connect what you use

Your site, your till, your store and your spreadsheets, so the counts can be compared.

  2. 02

    Your AI Employee notices

An AI Employee is an AI agent: software we set up to do one job in your business, inside limits we set with you. This one spots when the shelf and the site disagree and drafts the fix.

  3. 03

    You approve

The number on your site changes only after you say yes.

Nothing goes out under your name until a person approves it.

Works with what you use

Your site, your store and your till, working as one.

“Do you have this in stock?” calls: see how the AI FrontDesk answers them →

The store takes the order, the till rings it up, and the count on your site follows the shelf.

Shopify, Square, your till, QuickBooks, email, spreadsheets, texts: if it has a way in, we can connect it.* Linking your till or store is part of the Business Partnership plan. We are not a stock system, and we don't replace your till or your store.

Qualifying custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13. Same plan, same price in year two.

* Some tools take longer and need a workaround. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan. Names belong to their owners. Read the full note.

After the sale

The same site brings them back.

Every order and sign-up your site takes goes on a customer list you own. From that list, follow-up texts and emails are drafted for you. You read and approve them before they go out. Google and Meta ads, run from your own numbers, send people back to your product pages.

No. We work with what you already use. We look at your setup first and tell you what we can connect and which plan includes it.

Then a person handles that step. We tell you which steps those are before we start, so there are no surprises.

Qualifying custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13 of your plan. The same plan stays at the same price in year two. If you leave, you take the work that has transferred to you. Our own tools and third-party apps stay separate, and our maintenance ends. The written agreement lists exactly what transfers.

Every plan is a monthly subscription plus a one-time kickoff, so the price stays predictable. Connecting your till or store is part of Business Partnership. The pricing page shows each plan.
