CONNECT WHAT YOU ALREADY USE

Your tools don't talk to each other. So you do.

We build the missing links between the tools you already use, one at a time, starting with the one that costs you the most time. Nothing gets replaced.

What would it cost to hire someone in IT, and how many logins would they spend the week moving data between?

We build the links between the tools you already pay for, one at a time, starting with the one that costs you the most time. Nothing is replaced. Every link feeds it. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan.

A business brain is what a big company gets by hiring people and buying software: everything the business knows, in one place you can ask. We build yours.

What We Do

We connect the ones that cost you the most time.

One link at a time, so you see it working before we build the next.

  1. 01

    We look at your tools.

You show us what you use and where you copy things by hand.

  2. 02

    We pick the biggest time-waster.

We start with the link that costs you the most time. We’ll also tell you if you’re paying for two tools that do the same job.

  3. 03

    We build that link.

We use each tool’s official connection where one exists, and build the rest to fit. We write down how it works so it isn’t a mystery.

  4. 04

    We check it works.

You can see what moved. A person handles the odd one that doesn’t.

Illustrative example data. A person checks anything that looks wrong. One: 2 prices change in one of your tools. Two: we check them before they move. Oat latte at 4.50 dollars passes. Cold brew at 0 dollars looks wrong, so it is held. Three: a person, Priya, fixes it to 4.25 dollars and approves. Four: both tools now show the new prices, and we confirm it.

What We've Built

Not on the list? Tell us the tool. If it has a way in, we can connect it.

* Some tools without native integration capabilities may require longer timelines and workarounds such as computer use, where an agent works in the tool’s own screen under a person’s supervision. We confirm the scope in writing before we build. A few tools give us no way in, and we say so before you pay. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan; see our pricing page. Tool names belong to their owners; naming one means we can work with it, not that they endorse or certify us.

Almost always. If your tool has an API, an MCP server or a dashboard, we can connect it. Tools without a native way to connect can take longer and may need a workaround, such as an agent working in the tool’s own screen under supervision. We confirm the scope in writing before we build, and if a tool gives us no way in we tell you before you pay.

Yes, where it gives us a way in, and most do: Square, Toast, Clover and Olo for restaurants; Shopify and Square for shops; Vagaro, Boulevard and Fresha for salons. A few, like some delivery marketplaces, only open up through their partner programmes. We check yours on the call.

Yes. Your AI team runs on WhatsApp, Google Chat, text and email today. We can add Slack or Teams as a channel for your business inside the Business Partnership plan.

No. You keep the tools that work. We build the links between them.

The other links keep working. The link to the tool you replaced may need to be rebuilt, and rebuilding it is part of the Business Partnership plan. The same goes when a provider changes its own connection. We write down what each link depends on, so you know what a change touches before it happens.

Qualifying custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13. Same plan, same price in year two. The exact list of what transfers is agreed in writing, and each tool’s own service stays with its maker. Third-party accounts are created in your name where applicable, so you own them directly, under each provider’s terms.

Custom links and a real team, built around the tools you already run, so you can punch above your weight.
