We build foundations. You own what we build for your business.

CNX delivers agreed marketing and systems work using specialists, tools and AI agents. Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in subscription month 13. CNX retains its platform.

The Problem

The tools stacked up. The foundation never did.

A new location. Another scheduling app. A loyalty vendor that does not talk to the POS. Month by month, the business is running twelve tools that share nothing and own nothing.

Growing businesses do not fail from lack of ambition. They fail because nobody built them a real foundation. When people leave, the know-how leaves with them — trapped in inboxes, not in a system the next person can query.

How We Work

Agree the work. CNX takes responsibility for delivery.

We coordinate specialists, tools and AI agents around agreed work. You retain business decisions and permissions. We carry responsibility for delivery quality.

  1. 01

    Map the spaces

We start with how the business actually runs — storefront, schedule, suppliers, website, customer data. Not a generic template.

  2. 02

    Agree the responsibility

Marketing Support carries out an agreed plan. Marketing Leadership sets direction and coordinates execution. We define the work and responsibilities for your engagement.

  3. 03

    Carry out the work

CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and is accountable for agreed delivery. You retain business decisions and permissions; CNX is responsible for delivery quality.

  4. 04

    Choose what comes next

Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in month 13 of your subscription. Year two continues at the same price for the same plan. You may stay, downgrade or leave with your transferable work; CNX maintenance ends when you leave.

Founder Story

Built by someone who got tired of watching businesses rent forever.

Scott Manley, Founder of Connected Spaces

Scott Manley on LinkedIn

I spent over 20 years designing, marketing, and selling technology to businesses — from enterprise sales leadership at CenturyLink (now Lumen) to product marketing and rebranding through cloud mergers and acquisitions. I understood the technology. What I could not reconcile was watching businesses pour capital into subscriptions they would never own.

I went back to school to deepen the technical foundation. Combined with years of full-stack marketing — strategy through execution — I built web applications, business automation, and event registration systems. The conviction that stuck: your investment should leave you with systems, workflows, data, and brand assets your business keeps.

Connected Spaces is that model, run from Phoenix, Arizona. We build for restaurants, retail, professional services, and healthcare — custom work, transferred on the terms in the agreement, supported for as long as you want us in the run.

We don't deliver images on a screen. We deliver systems that change how a business operates.
