Use case · Restaurants

Your restaurant's website, menu and loyalty. Built for you.

We build the site, the menu Google can read, and the loyalty program your guests sign in to. We host it and keep it running.

What would it cost to hire a web developer and a marketer, and which menu, ordering and loyalty tools would you buy, to run the way a chain does?

Your website and online menu are the Foundation plan. Loyalty and linking your POS are part of the Business Partnership plan. Your menu, your loyalty sign-ins and your POS feed one business brain, what a big company gets by hiring people and buying software: everything the business knows, in one place you can ask, on WhatsApp: what sold, who came back, what a price change touches.

The website

A website built for your restaurant, not from a template.

We built a website for a multi-location restaurant group, with an ordering connection and a loyalty foundation. Real photos, one page per dish, fast on a phone. Pages are served from servers close to your guests, so the menu loads fast.

The menu

One change, everywhere we built.

Every dish gets its own web page, so Google can read your menu. You send one change. We prepare it for the menu, the dish page, the QR menu and your Google listing. You approve it, and a person publishes it.

See how one change goes everywhere →

Illustrative sequence with example data. Step 1, you send: one menu change, birria tacos from $14 to $15, now with consommé. Step 2, we prepare: a menu page, a dish page, a QR menu and a Google Business menu, each ready as a draft. Step 3, you approve: nothing changes until the owner approves. Step 4, published: all four are updated, and a person updated the Google Business menu. Step 5, Google re-reads the dish page. Rankings move; we do not promise a position.

Your photos

Bad photos? Send them anyway.

Send us phone photos. We fix the light and the staging. A person checks every one before it goes on your site.

The loyalty program

Your own loyalty program, built for your restaurant.

Guests sign in, earn rewards, get a text and book a table. Your staff see who keeps coming back. A guest joins with her phone. You pick a quiet day. You approve the text. She comes back.

How regulars come back across every kind of business →

Illustrative example with example data. Step 1, sign up: Maya joins with her phone number. Step 2, visit: on her third visit a reward unlocks. Step 3, you pick: Tuesday lunch is quiet, send an offer? Step 4, you approve: the offer text reads free side with any bowl this Tuesday, and the owner approves it or edits it. Step 5, she is back: Tuesday 12:40, reward used. Nothing is sent until the owner approves.

Your site and the delivery apps

Your own site and app, working with every delivery app you use.

It starts with a strong foundation: a brand worth remembering, photos worth showing, a fast site on current technology, and ordering your guests enjoy using. Then we connect it. One site and app is theirs. The other is yours, and both can take orders.

Illustrative example with example data. First, your own site and app lights up, and the guest signs in there. Second, the delivery apps and your ordering tool appear on the other side. Third, they connect through one connection point. Fourth, an order arrives from a delivery app and lands in your orders. Fifth, your site hands an order to a second delivery app. The guest's account stays on your site the whole time.

  • We connect your site and app to any delivery app or ordering tool you use or want to use.
  • Your repeat guests sign in to your own site and app, with an account that’s yours.
  • When a guest wants delivery, your own site can hand the order to a delivery app through Olo.

The website and the menu Google can read are the Foundation plan; the loyalty program and the delivery and POS links are part of the Business Partnership plan.

US Egg runs this today: a loyalty program with guest logins, a digital menu, an HR system, managed advertising and managed technology support, all built for them. Their own site and app are connected to Olo ordering, Rails, Engage, Host and Catering+, with ezCater orders arriving through Rails.

Your setup

Do I have to change my POS?

No. We build around what you run. Most ordering tools give us a way in. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan.

We are an Olo developer and partner, and Square, Toast and Clover all give us a way in. That includes delivery: an order placed on your own site can hand off to a delivery app through Olo. How your site and the delivery apps work together.

We charge no fee of our own per order. Your card processor and any ordering tool still charge theirs. Bring your last statement and we'll do the math on a call.

Also custom work

Check what a supplier price rise touches.

When a supplier price jumps, a check like this shows which dishes it hits. A person decides. This is an example of what we can build.

Illustrative example with example data. A supplier price for chicken goes up 11 percent. Four dishes are checked: Grilled Chicken Bowl at 68 percent and Chicken Burrito at 59 percent are on target. Chicken Wings at 35 percent and Spicy Chicken Sandwich at 29 percent are below target. The suggestion is to re-price two dishes, or change the portion. The owner can approve or edit. Nothing changes until the owner approves.

Who's in charge

Regulars come back without you chasing them.

An AI Employee is an AI agent that does one set job for you, like drafting a text to your guests, inside limits we set with you. That job asks you before the text goes out.

Custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13; same plan, same price in year two. Hosting is included in your plan, and we host and maintain it while you're on a plan.

Restaurant Questions

Questions

Yes. Ask to see the restaurant website and the loyalty system we built for real restaurants. The loyalty system has guest logins, rewards, text messages and table bookings. We tell you what each demo shows before we start.

No. Square, Toast, Clover and Olo all give us a way in, and so do most ordering tools. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan. Where a tool gives us no way in, a person handles that step.

Qualifying custom work we build for you becomes yours in month 13 of your plan. The same plan stays at the same price in year two. If you leave, you take the work that has transferred to you. Our own tools, hosting and third-party apps stay separate, and our maintenance ends. The written agreement lists exactly what transfers.

We charge no fee of our own per order. Your card processor and any ordering tool still charge theirs. Bring your last statement and we’ll do the math on a call.

Every plan is a monthly subscription plus a one-time kickoff, so the price stays predictable. Your website and online menu are part of Foundation. Loyalty and tool connections are part of Business Partnership. The pricing page shows each plan.
