How Our Services Work
The Build-to-Own Process
Discovery, agreed delivery and qualifying custom IP ownership from subscription month 13, with year-two support choices.
The work starts with discovery and an agreed scope. Delivery checkpoints depend on your engagement; ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in month 13 of the subscription.
Discovery and priorities
Confirm your goals, current systems, included work, costs, dependencies and success criteria. The separate Architecture Kickoff Fee funds initial discovery and planning. Confirm the invoice sequence, amount due now and recurring start.
Marketing Support carries out an agreed plan; confirm who supplies it. Marketing Leadership adds direction and priorities. Foundation retains its monthly strategy call; confirm its purpose and exact review scope.
Build and agreed delivery
CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for the work it agrees to deliver. Agree the sequencing, checkpoints, capacity, channels, locations and revisions rather than assuming a fixed delivery date for every system.
Client business approvals cover budgets, contracts, production proofs and material changes. They do not replace CNX's responsibility for delivery quality. Agents still operate within permitted tools and authority.
Ownership and handoff
During months 1–12, work progresses according to the agreed scope. Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in subscription month 13; build completion is not the trigger.
Agree the transferable inventory, retained platform components, third-party dependencies and handoff process. Ownership does not guarantee that every component transfers or operates independently.
Year-two choices
The same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure. Confirm support changes, work in progress, effective dates and billing adjustments before deciding.
