Onboarding
Creating Your Account and Checkout
Choose a plan, review subscription checkout and the separate kickoff invoice, and confirm billing and onboarding details.
Creating an account and subscribing are separate steps. Review your plan scope and billing details before confirming a purchase.
Choose your plan
Foundation ($500/month), Marketing Support ($1,000/month) and Marketing Leadership ($3,000/month) use the existing self-serve purchase routes. If you are not signed in, the checkout journey directs you to account creation.
Business Partnership starts from $5,000/month through a scoped consultation. Custom is a separate consultation route. Compare plans or read Which Plan Fits Your Business?.
Review subscription checkout
Check the selected plan, recurring price and purchase confirmation details before paying. Stripe handles payment processing.
The one-time Architecture Kickoff Fee is not collected by the self-serve subscription checkout. CNX issues a separate invoice: $1,500 for Foundation, $2,500 for Marketing Support, $7,500 for Marketing Leadership or $15,000 for Business Partnership. Custom is scoped separately.
Confirm the invoice sequence, amount due now and recurring start. Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate.
After subscribing
Confirm the next steps with CNX and prepare for kickoff. Buying a subscription does not mean the custom work is complete or that it follows a fixed first-week build schedule.
CNX remains accountable for agreed delivery using specialists, tools and AI agents. You provide business context and approve budgets, contracts, production proofs and material changes.
Manage billing and plan changes
In your dashboard, open Settings, then Billing, and select Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. Review the options available to your subscription.
Before changing plans or leaving, confirm effective dates, work in progress and any billing adjustment. This guide does not define universal proration mechanics or an early-transfer policy.
Ownership and year two
Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in subscription month 13. In year two, the same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work; CNX maintenance ends on departure.
Agree the transferable inventory, dependencies and handoff process. Ownership is distinct from leaving or changing support.
