What Happens After You Buy
Confirm your subscription and separate kickoff invoice, prepare for discovery, and agree the scope and next steps with CNX.
Your next step is to agree the work with CNX and prepare for kickoff. Buying a plan does not mean the custom work is already complete.
Check your billing details
Review the subscription confirmation and the amount charged. The one-time Architecture Kickoff Fee is handled through a separate CNX-issued invoice, not the self-serve subscription checkout.
The kickoff fees are $1,500 for Foundation, $2,500 for Marketing Support, $7,500 for Marketing Leadership and $15,000 for Business Partnership. Custom is scoped separately. Confirm the invoice sequence, amount due now and recurring start with CNX.
Prepare for kickoff
Gather:
- Your business goals and the problems you want to solve.
- Your current marketing plan, if you have one.
- Existing brand assets, website details and relevant systems.
- Current provider costs, advertising budgets and known constraints.
- The people who can approve business decisions and provide access.
Share access through the agreed setup process. Do not put passwords into a general project brief.
Agree the work and next steps
Use kickoff to confirm scope, responsibilities, priorities, dependencies and success criteria. Agree the working rhythm and delivery checkpoints for your engagement rather than assuming a fixed first-week build schedule.
CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for agreed delivery. You supply business context and approve budgets, contracts, production proofs and material business changes.
Support carries out an agreed marketing plan; confirm who supplies that starting plan. Leadership adds ongoing direction and priorities. Foundation retains its monthly strategy call; confirm the call's purpose and exact review scope.
Keep the ownership policy clear
Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in month 13 of the subscription. The exact transferable inventory, dependencies and handoff process need to be agreed.
In year two, the same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with transferable work; CNX maintenance ends on departure.
