Onboarding
What to Expect
What to confirm at onboarding: scope, responsibilities, separate kickoff billing and subscription month-13 ownership.
Onboarding establishes what CNX will deliver, what your business needs to provide and how you will work together. Delivery checkpoints come from the agreed scope.
Confirm your engagement
Review the chosen plan, included work and limits. Foundation establishes your brand, website and core systems; Marketing Support executes an agreed plan; Marketing Leadership adds direction and priorities. Business Partnership and Custom are scoped through a conversation.
Confirm Support's starting plan and who supplies it. Foundation retains its monthly strategy call; agree the purpose and exact review scope.
Prepare for kickoff
Bring goals, existing systems, brand assets, known costs and constraints. Identify the people who can provide access and approve business decisions. Confirm the contacts, communication method and checkpoints for your engagement.
CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for agreed delivery. You approve budgets, contracts, production proofs and material business changes. Those decisions are separate from CNX's quality responsibility.
Keep costs clear
The one-time Architecture Kickoff Fee is invoiced separately from the subscription checkout. Confirm the invoice sequence, amount due now and recurring start.
Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate. Agree applicable channels, locations, capacity and revisions before relying on a benefit as included.
Ownership and your next choices
Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in month 13 of the subscription. It does not accumulate as a promise of ownership before that point, and build completion is not the trigger.
Agree the transferable inventory, retained platform components, third-party dependencies and handoff process. In year two, the same plan continues at the same price. You may stay, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure.
