What You Own vs. What You Pay For
Separate CNX delivery fees and provider costs from qualifying custom IP ownership, which starts in subscription month 13.
Your subscription pays for agreed work and ongoing service. Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in month 13 of the subscription. Paying for service and owning transferable work are separate parts of the relationship.
What you pay for
The monthly plan fee covers the agreed delivery responsibility and scope. CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for that work.
A separate one-time Architecture Kickoff Fee funds initial discovery and planning. It is invoiced separately from the subscription checkout. Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate.
Tool access alone does not mean CNX operates the work for you. Confirm the managed services and boundaries in your selected plan.
What becomes yours
Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in subscription month 13. The exact transferable inventory needs to be agreed for your engagement.
This does not transfer every CNX platform component or third-party product. Confirm retained platform components, third-party licenses, provider accounts and other dependencies alongside the custom work. Ownership alone does not remove ongoing operating costs or guarantee independent operation.
What happens in year two
The same plan continues at the same price. You may continue with CNX, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work.
Choosing a lower plan changes the support you buy; it does not create a new ownership trigger. If you leave, CNX maintenance ends and the agreed handoff prepares your next team or provider to take over.
Before you decide
Confirm the included scope and limits, upfront and recurring costs, transferable inventory and dependencies. If you are considering a plan change or early exit, ask about effective dates, work in progress and any billing adjustments before acting.
