Self-Serve vs. Talk to Us
Which CNX plans use self-serve checkout, which start with a conversation, and what to confirm before purchase.
Use self-serve checkout when the plan, responsibility and scope are clear. Start with a conversation when you need to confirm fit or discuss bespoke work.
Self-serve plans
Foundation ($500/month), Marketing Support ($1,000/month) and Marketing Leadership ($3,000/month) have existing self-serve checkout routes. Review Pricing, select a plan and create or sign in to your account when prompted.
The separate kickoff fees are $1,500, $2,500 and $7,500 respectively. CNX invoices kickoff separately; it is not collected by self-serve subscription checkout. Confirm the amount due now, invoice sequence and recurring start.
Self-serve describes how you buy. CNX remains accountable for agreed delivery using specialists, tools and AI agents.
When a conversation helps
Talk to CNX if the starting scope, responsibilities or costs are unclear. Confirm Support's starting marketing plan and who supplies it. Confirm Foundation's monthly strategy-call purpose and review scope.
Business Partnership starts from $5,000/month with a $15,000 kickoff fee and uses a scoped strategy call. Custom is a separate consultation route for bespoke work.
Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate. Multiple locations, unusual integrations and production work need agreed boundaries.
After choosing
Confirm the work and next steps at kickoff. Delivery checkpoints and the working rhythm depend on the engagement; buying through self-serve does not promise a fixed first-week build schedule.
Ownership and changes
Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in subscription month 13. In year two, the same plan continues at the same price. You may stay, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure.
Agree the transferable inventory, dependencies and handoff process. Before changing plans, confirm effective dates, work already in progress and any billing adjustment; this guide does not promise automatic upgrades or a universal proration rule.
