Proof & Decision
Scope and Engagement
Confirm the CNX work, responsibility, limits and costs you need, with ownership from subscription month 13.
Your scope defines the work CNX is responsible for delivering. A plan does not promise every capability, unlimited service or a fixed human headcount.
Four responsibility choices
Foundation establishes the agreed brand, website and core systems, with existing tool access. Marketing Support carries out an agreed marketing plan. Marketing Leadership sets direction and priorities and coordinates execution. Business Partnership brings broader business, operational and technical work into a scoped engagement.
Custom is a separate consultation route. Grove has its own product journey. Access to a tool, custom implementation and managed delivery are different purchases.
Agree the boundaries
Confirm the deliverables, channels, locations, capacity, revisions and dependencies. Support's starting plan and who supplies it need confirmation. Foundation retains its monthly strategy call; confirm the call's purpose and exact review scope.
Existing scope limits still apply. Inventory foundation is AI-assisted tracking, not fully autonomous inventory management. AI-assisted bid comparison does not award a contract for you. Legal and regulatory services, hardware costs and work outside the agreed integration scope are not implied by a plan label.
Where premium scope includes vendor coordination, CNX maintains relationships, prepares detailed production specifications and coordinates work. Supplier and production costs are separate. You approve budgets, contracts, proofs and material changes.
Delivery responsibility
CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for agreed delivery. Client business approvals do not replace CNX quality control.
Tool permissions and approval controls remain in place. Self-serve purchasing does not mean the customer must manage every delivery task.
Costs, ownership and year two
See Pricing for monthly and one-time kickoff fees. Kickoff is invoiced separately from subscription checkout. Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate.
Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in subscription month 13. Agree the transferable inventory, retained platform components, third-party dependencies and handoff process.
In year two, the same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure. Confirm effective dates, work in progress and billing adjustments before changing support.
