Getting Started
Connected Spaces: A 2-Minute Overview
Understand CNX's four offers, agreed delivery responsibility, separate Grove journey and subscription month-13 ownership.
CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for agreed work. Choose the offer that matches the responsibility you need.
Four offers
Foundation establishes your brand, website and core systems.
Marketing Support carries out an agreed marketing plan.
Marketing Leadership sets marketing direction and priorities and coordinates execution.
Business Partnership covers broader business and technical work in a scoped engagement. Custom is a separate consultation route for bespoke needs.
Confirm the included work, limits and starting requirements before choosing. You approve business decisions such as budgets, contracts, production proofs and material changes; CNX remains responsible for agreed delivery.
Product access, custom work and managed delivery
Using a tool is different from commissioning custom work or having CNX operate it for you. Grove has its own product journey; product access does not automatically include either service.
Fees and ownership
Plans have a monthly fee and a separate one-time Architecture Kickoff Fee. Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate. See Pricing and Plans.
Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in month 13 of the subscription, rather than being timed from build completion. Agree the transferable inventory, dependencies and handoff process.
In year two, the same plan continues at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure.
