Use Cases
Restaurant Marketing Excellence
How restaurant marketing follows real visits and orders—campaigns tied to what happened, with operator approval. Not a platform screenshot.
Restaurant marketing works when it starts from what actually happened in the dining room—not from a campaign calendar that never sees the ticket.
Market smarter, not louder
A restaurant already runs campaigns, promotions, and guest lists. Those tools often sit next to the POS, ordering rails, and reservation book instead of sharing a decision with them.
Marketing smarter means tying spend to visits, orders, and channels you can name, using the records that reach us. The useful question is not “did the platform show a click?” It is “did this offer follow something the restaurant actually did?”
That is capability, not a promised lift. Discovery names the systems, fields, and approval rules for your engagement.
Why the pressure is real
Restaurant margins leave little room for delayed or disconnected decisions. National Restaurant Association data show median pre-tax income of just 2.8% of sales for full-service restaurants and 4.0% for limited-service restaurants, while food and labor consume most of every sales dollar. In 2026, the Association estimated total restaurant expenses were 36% higher than in 2019.
Those figures are industry context—not a Connected Spaces result. They explain why wasted spend and late decisions are expensive, not how any one campaign will perform.
One path from a signal to an approved send
A useful marketing loop is short:
- A visit, order, or channel signal is recorded.
- Context is prepared for the operator—who the guest is in your records, what the restaurant sold, what the offer would say.
- Your operator chooses the response. Guest-facing sends follow the approval rules for that workflow.
- The result is checked against the destination that actually sent it.
No consequential campaign publishes on a guess. An AI Employee can prepare options from your records. Your operator still decides.
First-party guest relationship
Reservations, loyalty, and visit history should stay in records you control. Regulars should not live only in someone else’s inbox.
We do not claim a universal guest graph or a retention percentage. If your reservation, loyalty or ordering tool has a way in, the link is part of the Business Partnership plan. We can also run marketplace campaigns (DoorDash and others) against what the restaurant sold.*
* Some tools take longer and need a workaround. Connecting your tools is part of the Business Partnership plan. Tool names belong to their owners; naming one means we can work with it, not that they endorse or certify us. See what we connect.
What this is not
- Not a replacement for your POS or marketplace accounts.
- Not a promise that every restaurant stack can connect the same way.
- Not a claim that a screenshot from an ad platform is proof of a visit.
