How Our Services Work
How It Works
How CNX agrees scope, coordinates delivery and separates subscription month-13 ownership from year-two support and handoff choices.
Start with the work you need CNX to take responsibility for. CNX coordinates specialists, tools and AI agents and remains accountable for agreed delivery.
Choose the responsibility
Foundation establishes your brand, website and core systems. Marketing Support executes an agreed marketing plan. Marketing Leadership sets direction and priorities and coordinates execution. Business Partnership covers broader business and technical work in a scoped engagement.
Custom is a separate consultation route. Grove has its own product journey: access to tools does not automatically include custom implementation or managed CNX service.
Confirm scope at kickoff
Agree deliverables, priorities, limits, dependencies and success criteria. Confirm Support's starting plan and who supplies it, and Foundation's monthly strategy-call purpose and exact review scope.
The Architecture Kickoff Fee funds initial discovery and planning and is invoiced separately from the subscription checkout. Confirm the amount due now, invoice sequence and recurring start. Provider and usage charges, advertising spend, and supplier or production costs are separate.
CNX coordinates the work
CNX coordinates delivery and makes next steps clear. You provide business context and approve budgets, contracts, production proofs and material business changes. Agent permissions and approval controls still apply to tool actions.
Agree delivery checkpoints for your scope. Ownership timing does not promise that every system will finish on a fixed build schedule.
Ownership and year two
Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in month 13 of your subscription, not from build completion. Agree the transferable inventory, retained platform components, third-party dependencies and handoff process.
In year two, the same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure. Ownership and an operational handoff are separate.
