AI agents support marketing work alongside specialists and tools. CNX coordinates that work and remains accountable for agreed delivery. The service is the work you need done, not a queue of AI drafts you must manage.
Start with the marketing responsibility
Marketing Support carries out an agreed marketing plan. Confirm the starting plan and who supplies it.
Marketing Leadership adds marketing direction, priorities and coordinated execution. Confirm the included channels, capacity and other limits for your engagement.
Foundation includes tool access as part of its core business foundation. Access to AI agents does not by itself mean CNX runs every marketing activity for you.
Where agents support the work
Within the agreed scope and permitted tools, AI agents can support tasks such as:
- Drafting content and marketing sequences.
- Organizing relevant campaign and customer information.
- Supporting email, loyalty and re-engagement workflows.
- Preparing performance summaries and possible next steps.
Supported actions depend on connected systems, available data and permissions. These examples do not promise every channel, continuous optimization or a particular sales result.
Delivery and approvals
CNX coordinates execution and checks agreed work. You supply business context and approve budgets, contracts, production proofs and material changes.
The agreed mandate and platform controls determine which actions need approval or escalation. Client decisions are separate from CNX's responsibility for delivery quality; you are not the quality-control step for every AI output.
Provider and usage charges and advertising spend are separate from the plan fee. Confirm those costs and the work included before starting.
Ownership of custom work
Ownership of qualifying customer-specific custom IP starts in subscription month 13. Agree what qualifies for transfer and the platform and third-party dependencies.
In year two, the same plan stays at the same price. You may continue, choose a lower plan or leave with your transferable work. CNX maintenance ends on departure.
