How CNX Uses AI in Service Delivery
CNX is accountable for agreed delivery, using specialists, tools and AI agents. Learn how managed work differs from tool access and where customer decisions fit.
CNX is accountable for the work it agrees to deliver. Specialists, tools and AI agents help carry out that work. The service is defined by the agreed responsibilities and deliverables.
Who Is Responsible?
For managed work, CNX coordinates delivery within the engagement scope. Your business supplies the context, access and business decisions needed for that work. Approval requirements are established for the engagement, including spending, new commitments and work outside the agreed authority.
AI agents can help organize information, prepare work and carry out configured tasks within their access and authority. Sensitive, uncertain, unsupported or approval-scoped work goes to the designated owner. CNX remains accountable for its agreed delivery.
Tool Access and Managed Delivery
Access to a tool gives your business a capability to use. Managed delivery means CNX agrees to carry out a defined piece of work for your business. A supplier directory, for example, gives you a place to organize vendor information; it does not mean CNX manages every vendor relationship.
The plans help establish the division of responsibility:
- Foundation provides a digital foundation around your business.
- Marketing Support carries out an agreed marketing plan.
- Marketing Leadership sets direction and coordinates execution.
- Business Partnership connects marketing with wider business needs within the agreed scope.
Custom is a separate scoped engagement, and Grove has its own journey. See Pricing for current fit, price, kickoff and material limits.
Vendor Coordination
Premium vendor management can include CNX maintaining relationships, preparing detailed specifications for printers and videographers, and coordinating agreed work. Supplier costs, commitments and the authority to approve them are established for the engagement.
Your Work Over Time
Qualifying customer-specific custom IP ownership starts in month 13 of the subscription. Continuing the same plan in year two means continuing at the same price. Customers may downgrade or leave with their transferable work; CNX maintenance ends on departure.
See Ownership Handover for the ownership boundary and details to establish for your engagement, and Changing or Canceling for changing plans or leaving.
