Support
How to Reach Your Team
Your human team is reachable on WhatsApp and Google Chat. No support portal, no new platform to learn — just the tools you already use.
Your Connected Spaces team communicates through two channels: WhatsApp and Google Chat. That's it. No support portal to log into, no ticket queue, no new platform to learn. You stay in the tools you already use.
Your two channels
WhatsApp is the primary channel for most clients. Use it for:
- Quick questions about what's been built or what's in progress
- Sharing photos, screenshots, or short voice notes
- Back-and-forth conversation when you want a fast response
- Real-time coordination during active build phases
If you're already on WhatsApp — and most business owners are — nothing new to install.
Google Chat
Google Chat is the preferred channel if you and your team already run on Google Workspace. Use it for:
- Async updates you want in a written thread
- Sharing files and documents from Google Drive
- Looping in a co-owner or manager on a conversation
- Keeping a searchable record of decisions and next steps
What each channel is best for at a glance
| Task | Best channel |
|---|---|
| Quick question, fast back-and-forth | |
| Voice note or photo share | |
| Sharing a Google Doc, Sheet, or Drive file | Google Chat |
| Looping in a co-owner or staff member | Google Chat |
| Async update you want in a written thread | Google Chat |
| Either works fine | Your preference |
When in doubt, use whichever one you opened first. Both channels reach the same team.
There is no support portal
We don't use a client portal, a helpdesk ticketing system, or a separate platform for support. The reason is simple: you shouldn't have to learn a new interface to reach your own team.
Everything happens in WhatsApp or Google Chat. Your conversation history stays in the channel — no need to log in somewhere else to find what was said.
How to start a conversation
WhatsApp: Your team will send you the business number during setup. Save it as a contact and message it like any other WhatsApp thread. Your team checks and responds during business hours.
Google Chat: Your team will invite you to a shared space during setup. You'll find it in the Google Chat app or in the Chat panel inside Gmail.
If you're not sure which channel your team is on, or if you haven't received contact details yet, reach out to the person who ran your setup call — they'll get you connected.
Response times
For expected response times by channel and tier, see Response Times and Availability.
Messaging your AI team
WhatsApp and Google Chat are also how you reach your AI Agents — your AI team runs on the same channels. The interaction is different from a human conversation: your AI Agents work from what you share with them, draft documents, and queue actions for your approval. To understand how that works, see Message your AI team over WhatsApp, Google Chat, SMS or email.
