Agree on the work
Your plan and agreed scope define the deliverables, priorities and limits. Tool access and managed delivery are different: access lets you use a capability; managed delivery means CNX takes responsibility for agreed work.
Foundation establishes your brand, website and core systems. Marketing Support carries out an agreed marketing plan. Marketing Leadership adds ongoing direction, priorities and coordinated execution. Business Partnership brings broader business and technical work into a scoped engagement.
CNX coordinates delivery
CNX coordinates the work, checks it against the agreed scope and makes the next steps clear. Specialists, tools and AI agents support that delivery. The service does not depend on you checking every AI draft.
AI agents operate within their permitted tools and authority. Buying a plan does not give an agent permission to make purchasing decisions or access unrelated business data.
You make the business decisions
You provide business context and approve decisions such as budgets, contracts, production proofs and material changes. CNX remains accountable for the quality of agreed delivery.
Where premium scope includes vendor coordination, CNX maintains relationships and prepares detailed specifications for work such as printing or videography. Supplier and production charges are separate from the plan fee. Coordination does not give CNX authority to sign your contracts or approve spending for you.
